I am pleased to present you the new web site "Girona, a city of Movies". With this website we would like show the city of Girona as stage for film and spots advertisements, to publicize the institutions linked to the image and cinema sector, the people of Girona that have highlighted by their artistic creativity in the area of celluloid, as well as the different activities related to movies that are held.

Girona offers medieval stages (cloisters, walls, towers...) within walking distance of other well differentiated in time (avenues with buildings of dauntless design, for example), through the different historical periods which have left their architectural print in the city. Likewise, we can add natural scenes (parks, gardens, natural environments, rivers…), elements of culture and leisure, business and enterprise, etc.

If to these brushstrokes of what can be found in Girona concerning cinema sets, we add the city communications as well as hotel and gastronomic facilities, the whole is highly attractive for professionals of image, both in terms to films creation, as to advertising spots filming.
